Assessment plan, will you be my valentine?
Yesterday was St. Valentine’s Day. I hope many of you were able to spend it with those you love. I have the honor of being quarantined with my loved ones.
However, today I woke up to the coldest weather I’ve ever seen in my life: frozen water pipes, frozen ground, but, at least, our electricity is still working. Not very fun to wake up to, but we have to be happy for the little things that we are given. Oh, by the way, I live in Laredo, TX!
This week on Assessment the Musical, our topic is Assessment Plans to Love. I like to think of Assessment Plans to Love as I do my past two days. Some days you have assessment plans that just knock your socks off. Your face looks like this:
You get to bask in the glow of love for your programs and your coordinators. You believe everything you have done has lead to this point, an assessment plan to love. Then you read your next assessment plan, and…well…it seems the pipes have frozen over.
Join us on Thursday, February 18th to discuss what are the qualities of those assessment plans that give you heart eyes. Or you can come and listen to me sing, and that may give you heart eyes too. However, just so you know, I’m taken.
See you then!!
